SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) today announced that a dedicated
team within its Service Planning & Design department will work directly
with customers impacted by the wildfires to provide one consistent,
streamlined rebuilding process in Napa, Lake, Sonoma and Mendocino
counties.
“We want our customers to know that we’re here for them every day and
that includes seeing them through the aftermath of the wildfires with a
streamlined and seamless process. We are here to provide what’s needed
regarding rebuilding and re-reconnecting PG&E electric and gas service,”
said Laurie Giammona, PG&E’s Chief Customer Officer and a Senior Vice
President.
Each customer within the fire-damage zones (as determined by CAL FIRE)
who needs new or changed service from PG&E will be assigned a designated
PG&E representative. These employees will be the single point of contact
as customers work to repair the damage or rebuild their homes and
businesses. This team will work in coordination with other PG&E
departments, including Gas and Electric Operations, to expedite the
planning and approval process for projects as well as the work itself.
The first step for customers is PG&E’s dedicated Customer Connections
website, at www.pge.com/cco,
where new service installations, temporary construction power or other
services can be initiated and tracked.
The Service Planning & Design team also will be available during
business hours in these PG&E offices:
-
3965 Occidental Road, Santa Rosa 95407
-
1850 Soscol Ave., Suite 105, Napa 94559
-
2641 N. State St., Ukiah 95482
The team will work in coordination with local building contractors,
trade associations, agricultural partners, other utilities and cities
and counties to facilitate the rebuilding process.
