Northern California Wildfires Litigation

PG&E and the Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Humboldt and Nevada County District Attorneys have entered into agreements under which PG&E agreed to waive any applicable statutes of limitation related to the October 2017 fires that started in Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Humboldt and Nevada Counties for a period of six months, until April 8, 2019. The agreements do not preclude the District Attorneys from bringing charges before April 8, 2019.
